The Job
Now that we understand your business, we need to focus on who you are looking for. At the start of each process one of our trained consultants will take the time to construct a detailed job brief. Not only do we want to understand what technical skills you are looking for, we want to understand the team and cultural fit within your team. We will also advise you on the current market conditions in order to give you a competitive edge.
With this information we can then provide you with a project plan and estimated delivery times to ensure that we are meeting your needs and you know what to expect.
Delivery
After agreeing upon the project plan, we will get to work immediately. Your dedicated team will start by carrying out extensive searches through our exclusive networks and database, as well as headhunting and advertising. They will carry out thorough interviews which will be specifically focused around your job profile in order to provide you with a shortlist of expert candidates. In addition to their CV, we will provide you with our interview notes including a summary of their technical background, reasons for searching for a new job, motivations and salary expectations.
When carrying out searches for you we understand that we are acting as an extension of your business. We will always act in the most professional manner in order to represent your business in the best possible way within the market.
Interviews
Our aim is to save you time. Once you have identified which candidates you would like to meet with from our shortlist, we will work with both yourselves and the candidates to coordinate interviews which work for you both. We will ensure that each candidate is prepared and knows what to expect before each meeting. We will also provide you with pointers on important factors for the candidate which you can discuss and focus on during the interview.
After each interview we will provide both you and the candidate with all relevant feedback.
The Offer & Aftercare
Once you have successfully completed the interview process with one of our candidates, we will work with you to help you secure them. We will provide you with complete transparency in order to advise you on how your offer can match all of their key drivers and ensure that the financial offer is at the right level.
Once you have secured the candidate, the contract is signed and a start date has been agreed, we will continue to work closely with the candidate to ensure that their on-boarding runs smoothly. We will assist and advise them through resigning with their current employer and keep in close contact until they join you. After their first day we are still here to support you both. We will continue to check-in with both yourself and the candidate to ensure that they have fully immersed themselves into your business.
